How do I setup i>Clicker to sync with my course in TITANium?

You will learn how to sync the i>Clicker polling data with your course in TITANium. Thereby, uploading the grades to the TITANium course gradebook.

By syncing  i>Clicker course data with a TItanium course, students will be able register their remotes within Titanium resulting in fewer errors, and faculty can seamlessly sync class rosters and upload points to TITANium without ever leaving the i>grader application.

1. Double click the i>Clicker icon within your i>Clicker 7 folder to start the application.

2. At the i>Clicker welcome screen click the + Create button to add a course.

Note: If you already have a course in the course list, skip to Step 5.

3. When the Create New Course window appears, enter a course name.  

Note: The name you use here will be used to identify the course in i>Clicker but doesn't need to exactly match the TITANium course name.

i>clicker automatically creates a new course folder in your i>clicker 7 Classes folder. The New Course window closes and you are returned to the Welcome Screen with your course name in the list of courses.

5. Select your course from the list and click the "Open Gradebook" button.

6. When prompted by the Gradebook Setup dialogue, click 'Gradebook Settings'.

7. Under the "Gradebook" tab, click the "Select Course" button.

8. Enter your Campus Wide ID in the "LMS Username:" box.

9. Enter your iClicker TITANium Security Key in the "Security Key" box.

This is NOT your campus password. See below for steps to retrieve this key.

9.1. Log into Titanium at: https://moodle-2016-2017.fullerton.edu/my/

(Ctrl + C will copy). Navigate to the iClicker program.

10. Paste the Security Key information in the 'Security Key' field.

15. If you are prompted by the “Roster File Not Found” window, click the “OK” button.

18. The users in your TITANium course will now appear in the iClicker roster.
