Export > Excel spreadsheet

You will learn how to export your gradebook (Grades) to an Excel spreadsheet.

1. Enter your course in TITANium.

2. Click on Grades in the Administration block.

3. Click on Export.

Click on Export.

4. Click on Excel spreadsheet.

Click on Excel spreadsheet.

5. Uncheck any grade items you do not want to export.

On the Export to Excel spreadsheet page, you will see a list of all of your grade items within your gradebook. Uncheck any grade items you do not want to export. All grade items are checked by default.

Each grade item will create a separate column within the Excel spreadsheet.

6. Expand the Export format options section.

Include feedback in export: This choice will include the feedback column for each grade item.

Require active enrollment: This choice will only include students who are marked as having active enrollment.

Grade export display types: Real will display the raw score; Percentage will display a percentage; and Letter will display the letter grade (A, B, C, D, etc.according to the letter scale settings within the course)

The default for displayed decimal points in the gradebook is 2.

Expand the Export format options section.

7. Click on Download.

Click on Download.

8. Sample spreadsheet.

Once the Excel file downloads, you can then manipulate the data as you would in any regular Excel spreadsheet.
