I grade all students' Exam and put them all in Titanium and made it visible to all students. But it does not calculate the total score of each student has. Rather, I need to do it manually which is a highly time consuming. How do I make it automatically calculate the total scores?

By default, the gradebook will use "Natural" aggregation. That essentially means it adds up the points from all of the Grade items within the gradebook.
Now, there are several actions a Teacher within a course can take to change that aggregation method. For example, a Teacher can create his/her own formula for calculating the grade items or a Teacher can manually override the Course Total column which means that the value in that cell will no longer be dynamic. If the Course Total is not giving you the results you want, then it is recommended that you undo the grade override (http://titaniumhelp.fullerton.edu/m/FAQ/l/464370-how-do-i-remove-a-grade-item-override) and remove the custom formula.
