How do I send an email using Quickmail?

You will learn how to send an email using the Quickmail block in your course in TITANium. Quickmail allows you to send an email to select students or to all of the students in your course.

1. Add the Quickmail block to your course.

Scroll down the course main page until you see Add a Block. It is usually the last option on the left site of the page. Click on Add...

Note: The Quickmail block may already be on your course main page. If it is, then skip to Step 4.

2. Select Quickmail.

3. The Quickmail Block appears on your course page.

4. Click on Compose New Email.

You may explore other choices like setting a signature, viewing drafts, or configuring the Quickmail block.

6. Select  Recipients.

Click on a student's name, then on Add. Or, to send an email to all of the students in the course, click on Add All.

7. Type your Subject and Message.

You must type a Subject. Then, type your Message. It is NOT recommended to include images, video or other media as the students will not receive them. Send text only. The text may be formatted and hyperlinks included.
